Canadian Bay

Set at the apex of a ridge commanding forested views, this extensive renovation of a quintessential beach house required out-of-the-box vision to deliver an entertainer's layout that worked as a family home.

Small rooms were opened up to lofty spaces, including a double-height entry that boldly announces the arrival of visitors whilst a balcony that wraps-around open plan living on the upper-level looks out to twinkling city lights framed by towering gums.

With an Architectural Digest award-winning kitchen design and plentiful natural light, this striking home has emerged as a landmark whilst delivering privacy for its owners.
